Untitled Second Album is the second album by American actress and singer Ashley Tisdale, to be possibly released in the fall year, via Warner Bros. Records.

Production and background

Ashley has expressed much interest in recording a second album to TV Guide^[2], MTV^[3], and OK! Weekly^[4]. "Extra's" interview with Ashley was one OMG moment after another, when Tisdale revealed even more secrets about "High School Musical 3", a new CD -- and what she reads about herself on the Internet. When talking about her new album she stated that she has recorded a few songs, but still wants to focus more on co-writing, meeting with producers, and is trying to take her time and not rush it right now. She wants to give in full attention. She said after HSM 3, she will focus all of her attention on it. She also dished she wants J.R. Rotem to be working with her alot in this album. ^[5] Ashley Tisdale want to collaborate with Sean Kingston in her second album, both artists are affiliated to JR Rotem. ^[6]

Ashley started the recording process in late 2007 in US, at a lot of recording studios.^[7] Two covers from the album leaked in April 1, 2008, Cyndi Lauper's "Time After Time" and Belinda Carlisle's "Heaven Is A Place On Earth". ^[8]

On April 2008 Ashley was interviewed for People Magazine, in where she speak about the accomplishment for the end of year of it's second album, besides the fact that this co-writing some songs in her stay in Utah while she filming "High School Musical 3".

"Are you planning to record another solo album?
She said: ...Yeah. I've taking my time with this one. I've done two songs. I really want to cowrite, so i'll be cowriting be some writers when i'm in Utah (filming HSM3). It probably won't come out until the fall."

She assured also that already she has ready 2 songs for her next album. ^[9]
