Some 50,000 Australians, including some 18,000 national servicemen or 'nashos', served in Vietnam. 520 died and almost 2,400 were wounded.

All veterans are identified with their highest ranks, not necessarily the ranks the held during the Vietnam War. Also noted is whether the individual volunteered for service. Several were drafted, but when entering the service volunteered for Vietnam.
